NEXOSPHERE
Decision intelligence for credit unions

You’ve always had the data. You’ve never had the decision.

Credit unions are rich in data and starved of decisions. Nexosphere builds Quorum — the layer that turns what your institution already knows into informed decisions your people make — at every level. Your members’ data never leaves your control.

Bring us your question
The problem isn’t what you think
01 — The problem

Does your analysis live on islands?

A board member asks why deposit growth slowed in one branch network. The data exists — spread across four systems. Three weeks later, an answer arrives: a report that answers exactly the question asked, and nothing around it.

The lending view never meets the deposit view. Every report answers its own question — but assembling them into one confident, timely decision, with the why attached, is still manual work that falls to a person. By the time a question becomes a decision, the moment has moved.

76%
of organizations admit making business decisions without consulting data they already had — because it was too hard to access.

02 — The part nobody tells you

You already tried to fix this.

You bought the warehouse. The dashboards. The reporting suite. Each one made your data more visible — and every one of them produced more reports. Because that is what they are: reporting layers. A dashboard can show you everything and still decide nothing.

The gap was never analytics. It is a layer that has never existed in your institution: the one between what you know and what you do.

So what would that layer look like?

Every question makes every answer smarter.

03 — The shift

Decisions, not dashboards.

Informed decisions for every level, not reports for analysts.

Clarity should not stop at the analyst’s desk. It should reach every level of the institution — each seeing the same picture, at the altitude they work at.

Board & leadership
Where the institution is going, and why.
Management
What to prioritise this week, ranked by impact.
The front line
The next action, in plain terms.

An institution that decides together moves together.

04 — From islands to a nervous system

That layer exists now.

We built Quorum to work the way your body already does. A nervous system doesn’t file reports — it senses what is happening everywhere at once, connects the dots, and moves the right muscle at the right moment.

Quorum does this for your credit union. Ask it a question in plain language, and it answers from your own data — computed, explained, and connected to everything the answer touches. And it remembers.

No integration project. No new infrastructure. A regular extract in — informed decisions out.

Everything a decision needs · What every Quorum answer contains “Which loans show early signs of trouble — and what should we do about it?”
The headline
The finding, in one sentence. Led by what matters most.
The impact
In dollars. Computed, not estimated.
The why
The drivers behind it, ranked.
The evidence
Every figure traced to its source.
The next steps
Recommendations tied to findings — for your team’s review, not automated action.
The confidence
Stated plainly, with its limits.
We fill this in live, from your data, in the room.
04b — Every level

One question at every altitude.

Quorum answers the board’s question, the manager’s question, and the teller line’s question — each level getting what it needs to decide.

BoardroomFront line
Board & CEO
“Are we growing where we decided to grow?” “How do we compare with our peers — and where does it matter?” “Which risks are quietly concentrating?”
Direction, with evidence.
CFO & Finance
“Where is our margin heading — and what’s driving it?” “Which product lines earn their keep?” “Can we reproduce this number for the examiner?”
Numbers that survive questioning.
Risk & Lending
“Which loans show early signs of trouble — and what should we do?” “Where is the portfolio concentrated beyond comfort?” “Where can we safely grow — and where should we tighten?”
Risk caught while it’s small.
Members & Front line
“Which members are quietly leaving — before they tell us?” “Who’s ready for their next product?” “Which members should we call this week?”
The next action, with the why.

The same connected picture at every altitude — the board sees direction, management sees priorities, the front line sees the next action.

05 — The test

Three questions to ask of any AI near member data.

Where does the data go?
With Quorum: nowhere. Member data never leaves your control — nothing about your members crosses into any cloud AI.
Can the numbers be reproduced?
Every figure is computed with deterministic code — the same answer, every time. The AI explains the numbers. It never produces them.
Can every figure show its source?
Ask where a number came from, and it tells you. Every figure cites its source.

Quorum is built on frontier AI. In regulated finance, that raises exactly the right questions — the ones regulators on both sides of the border, from OSFI guidance and PIPEDA in Canada to the NCUA and state supervisors in the U.S., are beginning to ask of any AI near member data. Quorum was designed so a credit union can answer them in writing.

Quorum never invents a number.

Ask these three questions of any AI vendor. We’ll answer them in writing.

06 — Who we are

Built by people who have lived the work.

Nexosphere was founded by Deepak Mehta after three decades of transformation work in software and financial services — including digital transformation programs for credit unions. We are independent: the only people we answer to are the credit unions we serve.

We are building deliberately, in conversation with credit union leaders — because in regulated finance, a slower correct answer beats a fast wrong one.

07 — Founding cohort

We are choosing our first credit unions.

Quorum already answers a first library of institutional questions. A founding cohort is small by design: its members decide what Quorum learns next, and in what order — a shaping seat that does not exist later. Cohort members get early access, a direct line to the founders, and terms that recognize being first.

Bring one question. The one that matters.
Send a standard extract. No integration project. No new infrastructure.
See your answer take shape — with your team, in the room.

That is the whole ask.

Bring us your question.

The one your board asked last quarter that took three weeks to answer — or the one you never asked, because you knew what it would take. If Quorum should exist for anything, it should exist for that.

Send it with your name, your role, and your credit union to info@nexosphere.ai — or use the button below and we’ll start the email for you.
